Introducing Fernanda
A conversation about running, creativity and what happens when the two meet.
Fernanda Navarro is a full-time floral designer and the founder of Studio Vizcaino 361. Running through Vancouver has become part of her creative process. While outside, she notices gardens, grasses and changing colours that later find their way into what she creates.
Now she's growing her studio while training for her first marathon in honour of her aunt. We spoke with Fernanda about going from chasing an Olympic dream in the pool to finding her own reasons to run, building a studio of her own and how taking the scenic route connects it all.
In-store Installation featuring Fernanda's flowers will be available from September 16 - October 15.

Join Salomon and RunAsYouAre for an evening of gravel running, community, and creativity. We'll head out for a casual run through Vancouver's roads, paths, and gravel, with the opportunity to test Salomon's latest GRVL footwear along the way.
After the run, stick around for drinks, snacks, and good conversation as we celebrate the many things that make up who we are beyond running.

Not at all. This is a casual community run designed for all experience levels. Whether you're brand new to gravel or regularly looking for the road less travelled, you're welcome.
The run will be a casual community run with a manageable distance and pace. Exact route and distance details will be shared closer to the event.
Yes! Salomon footwear demos will be available at the event, giving you the chance to try Salomon's GRVL collection while you run.
No. You can bring your own shoes, or try a pair of Salomon GRVL demo shoes during the run. Demo availability is subject to size and quantity.
Runner AND… is about celebrating everything that makes us who we are beyond running.

During the Salomon In Bloom campaign, we're inviting the community to share their own AND and become part of the collective story.
No. The RunToPlay challenge is open to everyone and can be completed separately from the event. Event registration is separate and spots are limited.
The Salomon In Bloom RunToPlay challenge includes two primary missions:
Mission 01: Go for a Run
Go for a run of any distance and any pace, with your activity tracked through Strava. Unlocks the Salomon bandana and membership raffles.
Mission 02: What's Your AND?
Complete the sentence: “I'm a runner AND ______.” Unlocks a $50 off Salomon coupon and the Salomon shoes raffle.
Create or log into your RunToPlay account, connect your Strava account, and complete the missions. Your eligible run will automatically sync through Strava.

We'll wrap up with drinks, snacks, and time to hang out with the community. Stick around, meet some new people, and tell us what your AND is.
Yes. The Salomon In Bloom community event is free to attend, but registration is required and spots are limited.
The event will run rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
The event will take place in Vancouver. Exact meeting and route details will be provided with your registration.
